I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the value for money was excellent, especially considering the attention to detail throughout. The location, situated on a small street outside of the main touristic area, was perfect for a peaceful stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed during my visit. The rooms were comfortable and provided all the basic amenities, including a flatscreen TV and clean towels. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with delicious fresh fruits included.
All aspects of my stay were wonderful, nothing to improve!

Great location in Siem Reap, we stayed and enjoyed here for 4D3N, the room is great, big and nice ambience (family room) and we were greeted with welcome drink and cold towel. Breakfast is provided & transport (tuk-tuk) is free of charge for picking up upon arrival and departure. Staffs were friendly and helpful, giving excellent customer service. Overall, we were quite satisfied and I will definitely to stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel with our children. It was slightly tucked away from the main tourist areas which was nice. There were some good restaurants and even a shop in the vicinity. the room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the staff was polite and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. We enjoyed the pool and the 3rd-floor balcony. It was a great value for money.
The noise from a nearby bar disrupted our sleep a bit, but it didn't bother us much.

This hotel was great for the price.. The location is a fair walk from the best part of town but the fact they provide free tuk tuks made this no problem and the journey itself was fun each time. Bed was really comfortable, would stay again.

Very good value for the money room-wise. They served hot breakfast which was a nice touch for the amount I paid.
The hotel kept losing power, which was very annoying. In the two nights that I stayed there the hotel lost power 3 times and instead of coming on immediately I was sitting in the dark for maybe 30 minutes each time.

Nice Hotel with Good Service
We recently stayed at a hotel in Siem Reap, and our experience was quite good. The hotel's atmosphere was nice and pleasant, and the staff were helpful and considerate. They provided us with a clean room and great customer service. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was in close proximity to a few key locations, making our trip much easier. We also enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant.
There were some downsides to our stay. The hotel's facilities and maintenance were lacking, with some of the amenities not working properly or being in poor condition.

Pleasant staff, firm beds.
Across-the-street bar thumped until late at night. Breakfast options limited. Somewhat distant from Pub Street--but, local street food good!

The tuk tuk driver, he was a very good person ...
I felt cheated by the manager, the rest of the staff impeccable ...

I hit the jackpot with my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They even offered a free tuk tuk service into the city center, which was only a five-minute ride away. The location was perfect for me since it was on a quiet street away from the chaos of the main tourist area, but still within walking distance to all the restaurants and nightlife. I also enjoyed the filling breakfast, clean facilities, and efficient transportation options.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Decoration excellent, with rooms very pleasant and clean. Acesso in the hotel to manage trips to visit the temples with tuk tuk or taxi ($ 15 or $ 25 respectively), and more economic than the ones they offer to you if they catch you by taxi from the airport taxi net. The breakfast included is uncommon in asia but is included in the room making it much easier to stay. Travelling in asia this was one of my favorite hotel to stay. Has TIP: Only use american dollar there, be carefull with the condicion of the money because after it, you can not use it if it isn't in good conditions, althoug all their money is in terrible condicions. In other asia places i didin't enjoy so muche the tuk tuk travels as it was in siem reap, because there was so green and so many trees that despite de heat it was really perfect way of travelling.
The money they give as change is always in very poor condition, with a small tear or cut, and then no one accepts such notes, and do not provide change for notes of higher value, in these cases there was never an easy solutions or attempts to solve, in the hotel or anywhere.

Had a nice Easter weekend away, the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was good and the free tuk-tuk ride was a great bonus. The pool was lovely to relax in after a day of sightseeing.
The room we were allocated was not as clean as expected and the bathroom was in poor condition. The breakfast was basic at best and there were not many options. while the staff were friendly, the accommodations left something to be desired.

Excellent hotel with a very nice people. They offer you very good tuc tuc services with the gurantee that if you have any problem they will be responsible for it. The price really good in comparison for what you get
